Your use of civicintelligence.news constitutes acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

All articles, analysis, charts, photographs, and other editorial content on the Site are produced by Civic Intelligence unless explicitly attributed to a third party. Editorial content is published in good faith based on primary-source documents available at the time of publication. We correct errors when notified — see our Corrections Policy on the About page.

Defendants in pending criminal cases referenced on the Site are presumed innocent until verdict. Where we discuss civil settlements, we note when no admission of wrongdoing was made.

You may:

• Read, share, link to, and discuss our stories.
• Quote short excerpts (typically up to ~200 words) with attribution and a link back to the original article.
• Use our publicly published RSS feeds for personal reading in any feed reader of your choice.
• Embed our content via standard embed methods if we offer them.

For full-text republication, syndication, or commercial reuse, please email press@civicintelligence.news. We will usually grant non-commercial republication permission with credit and a canonical link back. Wholesale republication without permission, removal of bylines or source citations, or altering the substance of an article is not permitted.

You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or download large portions of the Site for AI training or commercial datasets without written permission.
• Misrepresent our content as your own or as the work of a third party.
• Use the Site to harass, defame, or threaten anyone named in a story.
• Attempt to compromise the Site’s security, availability, or integrity.
• Use automated systems to submit spam, malicious requests, or abusive volumes of traffic.

The Site embeds content from YouTube, X (Twitter), Truth Social, and similar third-party services. We do not own or control that content; views expressed in third-party embeds belong to their authors. We do our best to ensure embeds still resolve, but we cannot guarantee third-party uptime.

The Site is provided on an “as is” basis. We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Editorial content is offered for informational purposes and should not be construed as legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

We are an independent journalism project and not a law firm, accountant, broker, or government agency. Readers who need professional advice should consult an appropriate licensed professional.
